Joseph Brunori
Broker in Charge
Joseph Brunori has over 20 years of real estate experience in the Lowcountry. Having worked in every asset class, he can handle all needs for acquisitions and dispositions for industrial, land, office, medical, retail, and multifamily. He has advised and represented private, public, and institutional clients and handled the acquisition and disposition of over $250 million in transactions across the country. Joseph also has deep knowledge in residential transactions throughout Charleston County.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Joe received his Bachelors degree in Economics from Lafayette College, where he played division one football. He currently resides in Mount Pleasant, SC and continues to enjoy watching sports, playing golf and pickleball, and spending time with family and friends in the community.
Joe is the Broker In Charge for The Brunori Group in South Carolina.
Jill Brunori
Senior Advisor
Jill Brunori specializes in tenant representation for retail, office, and medical. She works with local, regional, and national tenants and developers on site acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to moving back to the Lowcountry, Jill was an Advisor for Trinity Commercial Group where she spearheaded the commercial office in Tampa, FL. Notable clients include: Circle K, MD Now Urgent Care, Ivybrook, Miller Valentine Investments, Ihop, Macys, Chicken Salad Chick, Restore Cryotherapy.
As a high school graduate of Hilton Head Prep, Jill grew up in the Lowcountry. She went on to play division one basketball at Wake Forest University, where she received a Bachelor's degree in Communication & Entrepreneurship followed by a Master’s degree in Business Management. In her free time, she coaches travel girls’ basketball and serves as a CASA/ Guardian Ad Litem volunteer.
Jill is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Florida and the state of South Carolina.
Taylor Place
VP of Acquisitions
Taylor Place is a native to Hilton Head Island, S.C. He went on to play collegiate baseball at Burlington County College and USC-Sumter before finishing his career at USCB where he completed his Bachelors in Business Management.
Taylor began his real estate career back in 2018. Taylor handles the acquisitions and dispositions for The Brunori Group with a focus on land, multifamily, mobile home parks, and mixed use. He is currently the VP of Acquisitions & Dispositions.
Taylor and his fiancé, Jill Brunori, just welcomed their first child into the world March 28, 2025- Juliana Kate Place. They both recently launched a local non-profit the Lowcountry Legacy Foundation which seeks to help financially assist student athletes playing travel sports. They do this using mentorship, educational programs, and specialized training.
